The International Sign for Getting Busy

Ugh. It’s been a hard day, y’all. D was here for the weekend, and parting brings such sweet sorrow. We’re both quite ready to step off the emotional rollercoaster that is dating long-distance.

But hey, let’s focus on the positives! We had a busy weekend which was filled with quasi-anniversary celebrations (one year!) and gatherings with friends. Enjoy a dumb video and a few photos after the jump.

On Friday we had dinner and drinks @ The Rio…

…had a great Saturday brunch/afternoon of drinking with troublemakers Mark & Christy

…and stepped into our physician apparel to hit a Halloween party with James and Kristi!megdanhallow.jpg

No photos taken today. We spent the morning at our favorite restaurant (Mona’s) and hung out at Wash Park before D’s departure. It was a fantastic weekend and I hate for it to have arrived at its end. That’s all I can muster at the moment. More photos here; for now it’s off to find some comfort food and take to the couch.
