Cold and flu season is upon us, y’all. And a few weeks ago I learned from my physician that there is more Vitamin C in bell peppers than in oranges!
This is great news for those of us who don’t care much for oranges or their juice (perhaps you’re like me and drinking orange juice simply reminds you of being sick). Just remember—the brighter the pepper, the more Vitamin C they contain. So shoot for yellow and orange!
